For over twenty years we have worked with clients in a variety of fields and industries in pursuit of a "better," And in this work we created a model and a process that today we call the MARKETING ASSESSMENT.


THE MARKETING ASSESSMENT MODEL

The Marketing Assessment takes broad, general intentions of a project and using a highly interactive process and structure creates a definition of what "better" is.

When its completed it provides a set of goals, supported by objectives that are measurable. See the model below.

 
   
 

Most importantly we can achieve a consensus with all stake holders of what "better" is.

 
 

NOTE we just chose one intent "better" but the model works with anything.

Secondary outcomes such as Motivators and KPI's are also identified in this process.

THE VALUE

The Marketing Assessment is the most impactful way to create a structure from uncertainty. It becomes the basis of any MARKETING project and plans.

Once the Marketing Assessment is completed then every decision, idea and strategy is tested against the model.

In every project hundreds, maybe even a thousand individual decisions need to be made.

Decision making becomes easier and will be aligned with the Goals - Objectives and Motivators of the Project.

The more decisions that are made in support of the established Project elements, the more successful the Project.
