THE CRITICAL FIRST STEP

The FIRST STEP happens even before YOU contact us.

It's a decision YOU make in YOUR own mind that there is a problem and that YOU need assistance.

YOU need to learn something new, implement something different, or add new TEAM members that can support YOUR marketing for example.

This First Step can be really hard and we recognize that timing is important.
YOU need to be ready and willing.  As a result we talk a lot about PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT and offer a number of FREE and paid MARKETING PRODUCTS.

Coaching requires a level of committment and it simply may not be the right time for YOU.

THE FREE CLARITY CALL

The initial FREE Clarity Call is typically our first opportunity to get to know each other.

At this stage there is no commitment on either party and we are simply having a conversation.

Our one-on-one call will be for at least 15 miinutes and typcailly thirty (30) minutes maximum.

Prompts will be provided to you prior and the structure is very relaxed and there is no pressure AT ALL.

On conclusion YOU will have learnt something new. It may be a new idea, a new direction, an experience shared or a recommendation for one of our MARKETING PRODUCTS.

The outcome could also be that we both agree our Coaching will be of value and that together we should conduct the next step.

THE MARKETING ASSESSMENT

So often consultants ask you to take a leap of faith and trust them with a program based on simply a fee structure and a promise.

What we have learnt from nearly thirty (30) years of business consulting is that like with every other journey, you need a map and that map not only needs a clear destination but also the agreed parameters of getting there.

Parameters could be specific outcomes such as timeframes, budget and the people involved. Other parameters may include geography, third-parties or technology constraints. The list is potentially long and very specific to YOUR organisation and YOUR requirements.

The solution is our formalised "MARKETING ASSESSMENT" process.

This process is remote, fixed fee and becomes YOUR own asset on conclusion.

Through consultation and review it defines YOUR Goals, Objectives, Motivators and KPIs, for YOUR marketing plan.

It turns YOUR problem and our initial discussion into a Project that we can all agree on (consensus), work towards and measure.

We typically start with the first stage of the ONE PAGE MARKETING PLAN, YOUR TARGET MARKET, which is THE MOST important of all the Stages.

Although our Coaching is customised to YOUR organisation, our ONE PAGE MARKETING PLAN ROADMAP is also used as a template.
